Steven has over 30 years of experience in numerous strategic areas of real estate including commercial mortgages, construction and land lending, as well as mezzanine loans. Prior to joining First Source, Steven served as a business development manager for Terra Firma Capital Corp., a GTA-based mezzanine mortgage lender. Steven holds a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker.  Steven is a current director of the CMBA (Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association).
