Kunj has developed experience in various areas of commercial lending through his previous positions in the Commercial Bank division at The Bank of Nova Scotia and its subsidiary Roynat Capital. He has comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial real estate underwriting, financial statement analysis, and risk management. Kunj holds an MBA with a specialization in finance and strategic business valuation from McMaster University.
