Kim joined First Source in 2014.  She brings 10 years of experience in the mortgage brokerage and lending business, having previously managed operations and administration for Argentum Mortgages, a national mortgage brokerage with over 600 mortgage agents (merged in 2014 with Mortgage Architects). Kim is head of all First Source compliance for mortgage syndication investments
